I'm inspired by the world around me. It touches my soul and feeds my creative spirit.

Although I can barely draw a stick figure I am a very creative person. My medias of choice are fabric, stones, beads and metals.

I have been sewing since I was 5 years old and making Barbie clothes. By the time I was 12 I was making all my own clothes. I started quilting just a few years ago as I was helping my dying sister make a quilt for her granddaughter. Although she didn't get to finish it, I believe her soul wraps her granddaughter in her arms every time she cuddles with it.

My family vacations were spent traveling all over the USA since I was five or six years old. Mom was a rock collector and we were always picking up stones and hiding them in the car to bring back with us. Thinking back, I am reminded of the Lucille Ball movie "The Long, Long Trailer" where Lucy is picking up rocks and hiding them in the trailer, until the car can't pull the trailer up the hill.

I've been making jewelry since 1993, starting with pins incorporating leather, agate slabs and charms, buttons and found objects. Then one day I found a bead shop and I have been IN LOVE with jewelry making ever since.

All of my pieces are one-of-a-kind and I love trying out new techniques and components so my jewelry and passion is always fresh and new. I hope you enjoy the pieces you buy from me as much as I enjoyed making them.

Yes I do custom orders. Email me about the details of what you are looking for and we can discuss possibilities, production time, and price. Custom orders require pre-payment so that I can find and order the materials required.

Care instructions

For purses and totes: you can hand wash and line dry.
General care instructions are included with your product.

For jewelry: you can clean the metals with a jewelry cleaning cloth witch will remove tarnish (all silver and some copper products will tarnish.) DO NOT use a silver cleaner as this will remove the silver. DO NOT wash or soak in salt water; this will pit stones and remove their polished appearance. If you wish to cleanse jewelry or a stone so so in purified or rain water and allow to air dry. Polish the metals with a jewelry cloth.
